While traveling a belt popped in my rear tire so I stopped at a nearby Meineke car care in Gulfport. They didn't have the tire I needed , but the Manager found a tire at a place nearby, drove over got the tire and had me back on the road within the hour. Everyone was so polite and professional. Thanks to all the Meineke team!

I took my truck in with no problem other than the alignment. They looked at the front end and said I need almost $3000 worth of work for an alignment. Still, they changed the tires then afterwards they tell me I need two sensors because the ones that were there are bad? Would you call that service or a service job!

meineke Has the greatest customer service I’ve ever encountered for shop….All Cruisin the coast people if you have a problem this is the spot to go and get service….they brought me in when I was in a pinch and took great care of me

I’m curious on why your assistant manager thinks it’s okay to totally disrespect someone who is completing a service for them. Poor representation of the company and definitely shouldn’t be honored the position of an employee.

Went in to have brakes checked. Brakes are good. High pressure fuel (diesel) spraying under pressure. Ordered, came in, installed. Great staff, knowledgeable mech, happy with finished results. Thank-you, and back on the road to Big Bend NP.
